Happy New Year everyone! We spent our evening on Coronado with my mom and dad and a couple of friends of ours with their 2 children. We bundled up on this brisk, but beautiful evening and caught the sunset first. We then made our way over to Miguel's for some Mexican food followed by a fun trip to the Hotel Del to watch some outdoor ice skating on the beach and ended the night with a look at the Hotel's beautiful Christmas tree.

Even though it was 10pm when we got home we busted open the sparkling apple juice and made a toast!
